Lord Narsimha, Maa Kali and the Guru- 1

Om tat sat!
It was Ganesh Chaturthi and I wished to do a single day sadhana (given in Sadhana app) of Lord Ganesha. I had done it previously as well, its an ugra (fierce) form of Lord Ganesha but this time, I don’t know why, I felt a deep fear in my heart. I consoled myself to just do it but still something made me strangely scared of even thinking about it. It was evening, I was taking a stroll on the terrace and my mind drifted towards Maa kali. I was listening to her bhajans, fighting my head and heart to go ahead with the Ganesh Sadhana but the fear grew more and more and finally I gave up on doing the Ganesh sadhana, making my heart feel at ease immediately. I told my self that okay, I won’t do Ganesh Sadhana that day. And, it had started lightening in the sky with thunderbold flashing before my eyes. I listened to a few more bhajans and went downstairs. Soon, I slept.
That night, I had a dream. I saw that an ISKCON follower came to me with a book. He enthusiastically opened to a page and showed me a picture of Lord Narsimha printed on it and smilingly asked me- Tell me, do we worship Lord Narsimha?
